An Enneagram-based coaching and workshop program run in partnership with the Global Leadership Foundation.

The program gives participants foundational insights into their own power, their personality and habits, and an understanding of how their behaviour impacts on others. 

​Using the Enneagram personality system  participants learn the nine personality types and emotional health levels. They set goals and learn strategies for improving their emotional health, making better decisions, communicating with empathy, and leading in ways that empower others.

The Global Leadership Profile™ is an Enneagram-based 360° assessment and feedback process. The profile presents information on how you operate as a leader in your world by measuring a combination of internal thinking and external behaviours from different perspectives – yourself and others. The profile becomes a baseline for your ongoing development and learning.

Through power conversations we explore your personal experiences of power and identify key relationships that are important for achieving your goals.

The coaching program can be conducted with individuals who are not managers or leaders using the Global Leadership Foundation's self-assessment tool, rather than the full 360° leadership profile.

Coaching and Empowering Leaders Workshop - for leadership teams
Two, two-hour (online) coaching sessions for individuals using the Global Leadership Profile™ and one full-day Empowering Leaders workshop for the team (or two half-days online).

The Global Leadership Profile™ is an Enneagram-based 360° assessment and feedback process. The profile presents information on how you operate as a leader in your world, by measuring a combination of internal thinking and external behaviours from different perspectives – self and others. The profile becomes a baseline for your ongoing development and learning.

The Empowering Leaders workshop builds on insights gained through the coaching program to create a deep understanding of the culture of the team. Participants learn more about Enneagram personality types, leadership styles and power dynamics, and identify collective action they can take to reach their potential as a leadership team.

The Empowering Leaders workshop can be conducted without the individual coaching program, using a brief survey instead of the full 360° leadership profile.
